Cylindo is looking for an experienced UX/UI developer to join our Sales and Marketing team of exceptional professionals in Europe and the United States.

You’ll be working for a rapidly growing tech-startup company and a platform adopted by global Top 100 Furniture Brands. Thousands of successful stores use Cylindo 360 HD Viewer to deliver stunning omnichannel experiences.

Our UI/UX developer will work in our Skopje office together with our senior marketing and product people, account managers, sales executives. You will get the full 360 view of the business and play a significant role in telling the entire story to our market and shaping the product. You’ll help build the brand experience through every touchpoint, from our web site to our product UI. As a UX/UI developer, you will be responsible for crafting our brand story.

Primary responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing team :

• Create the best user experience for cylindo.com so we can convey our story and get people hooked about our platform

• Build enticing landing pages so we can tell our success stories

• Create amazing UX demo pages for the 360 Product Viewer

• Lead and guide our front-end developer. Rapid development of prototypes in HTML/CSS/JS, and work closely with web developers

• Design marketing collateral: beautiful and persuasive email templates, content downloads, marketing materials

Work with the Customer Success team :

• Collaborate externally to solicit user feedback, incorporate that into the design process and advise clients and prospects so they can be more successful

• Product page UX definition, creation and improvements

• Working with Integration Developers to create high performance UI and UX for ecommerce

• Integration: templates, best practices and guidelines

Work with the Product team :

• Transform ideas and mockups into high fidelity concepts and designs

• Front-end development on our products and technology stack

• UI design of our products and internal tools

• Product branding and brand placement across various platforms

• Work with engineering team to advocate for users and develop designs that deliver value and emphasize ease-of-use

Required skills :

• 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design of software products

• Exceptional design skills with a high attention to detail

• A passion for user-centered design is highly desirable

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Understanding of SaaS, can communicate using technical language

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Action-driven

• Ready to take responsibility, good judgement, pro-active, creative

• Capable of decision-making with our without support from the management team

• Exceptional collaborative, organizational and time management skills

• Team player, fast learner, ambitious to advance and grow, good listener

Pluses :

• Has worked in a similar role before

• Has experience working with teams, clients or companies from the visualization, retail or ecommerce industry

• Has experience working with SaaS companies before

• Understanding of the global ecommerce / visualization market
