HEAD OF SALES
Purpose of the position
- B2B Sales; Team Leader of department driven by sales; Business Development;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with high profile clients
- Experience in telco, banking, commercial real-estate, insurance B2B sales is highly desired.
- Developed sales and negotiation skills, proven track-record of closing deals
- Ability as a valuable advice – giver
- High sense for networking
- Willingness for informal meetings with potential clients
- Corporate attitude and looks
- Team spirit, but also individual goal – setter
- Self-driven and eager to learn personality; patience and consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Macedonian languages
- Driver’s License desired
