Setup Manager

location: Skopje

 

BtoBet, a leading iGaming technology and platform provider, is seeking to recruit a Setup Manager to join its ranks on a full-time basis. The role description entails thru understanding of the company’s business model (technical and financial) to secure successful on-boarding of new clients and partners.

 

As a Setup Manager in Btobet, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with technical and operations teams and build bond with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships and keep our partners satisfied and engaged during the setup phase and successfully hand over them to the Support phase for the long-run.

 

Job Description

 

Scope of work

  • Responsible for new clients’ on-boarding, from setup and configuration phase until starting with live operations.
  • Coordinator, facilitator and integrator between all stakeholders involved in the Setup phase of a client’ on-boarding process.
  • Defining, optimizing and implementing set of procedures and activities ensuring smooth partners’ on-boarding.
  • Work cross-functionally to proactively identify issues, prioritize partner requests, and provide excellent customer on-boarding experience.
  • Informing stakeholders of setup status and progress in a timely manner.
  • Owner of the on-boarding (implementation) process which includes: successful on-boarding and training
  • Responsible to follow an established project plan and time plan of on-boarding clients
  • Responsible to create and follow project plan for new on-boarding clients
  • Actively and effectively communicating with Executives and Business Leadership
  • Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Reviewing client feedback to continuously improve the on-boarding process

 

Requirements:

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science
  • Proven working experience as a project manager or setup coordinator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Desire to work in a fast-growing environment.

 

The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
