Your responsibilities:

 

• You are responsible for managing overdue customer accounts for the Chaos Group.
• You will assess customers' payment prospects and undertake appropriate strategies.
• You will undertake inbound and outbound customer contact in order to recover monies owed.
• You will apply payments to invoices and create Credit/Debit Memos as required.
• You will liaise regularly with other customer-facing teams (e.g., Sales Operations, Customer Experience) in order to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• You are responsible for actively participating in ad-hoc projects, tasks and initiatives.

 

Job requirements:

 

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent command of English is essential, other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to deal with problematic clients.
• Relevant experience in Credit Control / Banking / Finance (desired but not required).
• Experience working in the field of SaaS / Subscription business is a benefit.
