APS (Agile Pro Solution) headquartered in the USA with a local office in Skopje is looking for a QA Engineer. Here at APS, we believe that once you have the right skills and motivation to be successful you will be a great fit for the team.
The QA team is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. A QA Engineer is responsible for working on a team to design and develop test plans and automation test scripts based on product requirements. Her/his primary goal is to ensure the completeness of case coverages, running automation tests and monitoring results. An automated QA will have the responsibility of logging, tracking and verifying defect fixes and the ability to manage project deadlines, deliverables and participate in all aspects of testing, including regression and functional testing.
Responsibilities:
● Design / Develop Automated Test Scripts / Scenarios.
● Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner.
● Create and Improve the quality of the testing processes.
● Logging, tracking and verifying defect fixes.
Qualifications:
● Experience in creating applications using JavaScript, Java, or other pertinent technologies.
● Experience with web applications.
● Knowledge and experience of test automation frameworks like Selenium or Puppeteer, Cucumber.
● Knowledge of software testing practices, including test planning, test automation - API and UI, and defect management.
● Understanding of services (example: REST), JSON and XML data formats.
● Knowledge of both Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field or equivalent experience.
● 4+ years of direct experience in software quality assurance automation.
● Able to work Mon-Wed from 2 pm to 10 pm and Thu-Fri flexible working hours.
