MARKETING MANAGER

One vacant position, location Skopje

 

Job brief:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who would be developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our new investment company.  You will be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely, build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

An Excellent Marketing Manager must be sharp-minded, effective communicator, able to think creatively and innovatively and to be familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing and advertising. As part of an organization, you will play a critical role in aligning your creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.

 

 Key job Responsibilities include:

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Working closely with marketing and design agencies
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing would be an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of English language and computer literacy
• Strong effective communicator.
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends
• Creative, confident and dynamic personality.
