Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests on our networks, web applications and computer systems;

• Code review and dynamic testing;

• Threat modeling;

• Information Security Risk Assessment;

• Ensure that every SDLC step follows security best practices;

• Coach team to write secure code, and develop/implement secure systems and processes;

• Bug bounty program;

• Maintain an understanding of the latest cyber-security threats;

• Proposes changes to existing policies and procedures to ensure operating efficiency and regulatory compliance;

• Actively participate in compliance audits, vulnerability reviews and assessments;

• Undertake and support penetration testing and system reviews/audits;

• Contribute to other areas of the information security department like Security Governance, IT security Risk Assessment as well as various security initiatives.

Job requirements

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience with experience in secure coding/development and code analysis for vulnerabilities;

• Penetration testing experience including areas like web application and APIs;

• Proficient in Windows and Linux system administration and command line tools;

• Knowledge of Web protocols and API security;

• Secure development practices.
