Job Description

PEA MOTIVI for their client Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full time project manager to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. You will be joining a vibrant and enthusiastic team with a lot of energy and focus.
Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. We work within iGaming, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing - across all online marketing channels.
With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.

The project manager has to improve the customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed project strategies, among other duties. As a project manager you should be responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Optimising and improving processes in order to improve the effectiveness of the teams
• Working closely with development teams and serving as a point of contact when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Coordinating internal processes between different teams
• Key-point of communication with stakeholders
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Initiating new projects
• Analyze and report on key account metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in creating user flows and overall user experience
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and concisely present plans to stakeholders, customers and execution teams
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., agile/scrum)
• Proactive problem resolution
• High attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork, coordination, planning and influencing skills

Would be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming or Gambling industry
• Experience in using Jira, Confluence
• Familiar with the concept of Postback tracking and marketing campaign management tools

Personal skills:

• Familiar with using technology to present, plan and coordinate meetings effectively
• Proven ability to push projects to completion
• Great collaborator, effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving abilities
