SALES MANAGER 

Objective

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who is excited to inspire and motivate our sales team and contribute to the company’s growth strategy by objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives to ensure productivity is maximized. 

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain, evaluate and propose changes to prospecting strategy, sales processes, up selling opportunities and workflow to deliver maximum productivity and profit growth
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales reps for metric and goal achievement
• Track sales goal individually and as a team while reporting results
• Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
• Train, develop and coach sales talent and skills to ensure productivity is maximized 
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop lead generation plans
• Understand our ideal customers through regular researches
• Conduct interviews as part of the hiring process

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Advanced English (written & verbal)
