AREA SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set sales target and other set KPIs on monthly, quarterly and yearly level
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with our Leaders (field representatives on higher levels, partnering with the company), through regular business planning sessions, goal setting and follow up, coaching and other activities
  • Plan and deliver trainings aligned with our standards, to new and existing Brand partners (field representatives)
  • Extensive field work, in order to communicate, train, inspire and motivate our Leaders to achieve mutually agreed goals
  • Responsible for growth of sales in assigned region
  • Secure world class service to our sales force
  • Be a role model and promote the company’s culture, values and attributes

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on similar jobs
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent English language, knowledge of Albanian language is considered as advantage
  • Valid license type B
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and structured approach
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
