ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position description : Managing daily office needs and company’s general administrative activities, providing administrative support to managers and employees .
Education: University degree (Business Administration, Economy, Philology or similar studies).
Working experience: Previous work in international company would be an advantage.
Skills and abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and E-Mail - Outlook,
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills,
- Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English,
- Ability to follow and comply with instructions given by the superiors
- Thoroughness and attention to details,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Driving license: It would be an advantage.
Languages: English language - fluent.
List of duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls,
- Organize and schedule appointments,
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters,
- Maintain a filing system,
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures,
- Order office and kitchen supplies,
- Make travel arrangements and follow up,
- Assist in organization of team building and other events,
- Provide general support to visitors,
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients,
- Handle administrative requests and queries from managers,
- Other administration tasks.
