Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
MOLDING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting orders about deadline, volume, and quality, so that the in-house/external customer requirements are met
- Implementation of and compliance with the requirements of the automotive standard IATF 16949 within the molding processes
- The planning of the production, taking into account an optimum utilisation of systems and staff
- Responsible for agreements with in-house suppliers and customers
- Budget planning and cost centre responsibility
- Coordination, management, and development of his/her direct reports
- Management of measures, taking into account priorities in the event of deviations in capacity and quality
- Responsible for error and change management in the process
- Prepares headcount plan and ensures the development of the team, consulting, mentoring in cooperation with HR department
- Responsibility for department KPIs – OEE, scrap, maintenance – tooling, labor utilization
- Responsibility for new project launch and new machines implement
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership position
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in plastics technology
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with tools – plastic parts
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamplayer
- Readiness for traveling
- Additional experience in Logistics is conisidered as an advantage
