Graphic Designers – 1-3 Positions

Full-Time, Hybrid Role

We are seeking talented Graphic Designers to join our growing team in Skopje. You will translate the client's complex and technical content into high-end, visually stunning presentations for our clients. You will create management consulting-style PowerPoint presentations and info-graphics with charts, graphs, timelines, & diagrams).

Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be transforming our client's content into visually appealing and professional PowerPoint slides, catering to client needs. You will handle tasks to beautify three types client's PPT decks:

• Simple formatting and alignment.
• Enhancing visuals for improved readability and impact.
• Crafting high-end visualizations that exceed client expectations.

You will be trained to do your work according to the required standards. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our Skopje office and having the flexibility to work remotely when needed.

• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn and apply PowerPoint design techniques.
• Apply narrative design principles where the story and the design reinforce and support the case.
• A curious and proactive mindset, always seeking to improve.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills required in:

• PowerPoint
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Word and Excel

Eligibility:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (under 30 years of age).
• University education is optional; we welcome candidates from all academic backgrounds.
