Our client-partner is an award-winning UK accounting firm, and an accredited UK VISA sponsorship holder, looking for Marketing Manager who can build, grow and run a successful marketing strategy.

Your Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to build their own team and manage the marketing and sales strategy for a growing company. The role is financially, intellectually, and socially rewarding – as you will have the opportunity to put your skills and knowledge to a meaningful cause.
Your day-to-day tasks revolve around the building, execution and management of end-to-end marketing strategies and target market mapping and execution, for a UK accounting firm:
- Building, executing and monitoring lead generation campaigns and activities through various digital channels.
- Complete social media and WordPress website management, including copywriting and SEO activities.
- Building and maintaining a positive and strategy brand for the firm.
- Connecting with visitors and prospects through live chat and other channels delivering the Partner Managers qualified leads.
- Delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Qualifying and delivering a system of qualified leads to Partner Managers to close deals, arrange appointments, and send proposals to.
- Conducting competitive research to inform marketing strategies and insights.
- Providing measurable and relevant market insights, progress and marketing advice to the CEO and Partner Managers.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong Adobe skills, WordPress and CRM skills
- Knowledge of UK accounting industry would be a bonus
- Strong communication skills, very organised, team player but self-motivated, and can find creative way to resolve issues with available resources.
- Personally, we are looking for someone who shows initiative, has integrity and is passionate about meeting agreed targets and getting results.
