Contribute towards performance, delivery, and reporting for clients, equalling approximately $100,000 media spend per month. Play an active role in the day-to-day administration, coordination of creative launch process and reporting. Work closely with more experienced staff, who will provide coaching and guidance.
Our client is a multi-platform Martech advertiser specialising prominently in the financial services vertical servicing clients on a global scale. Our headquarters are in London with operation offices in Manchester, Leeds and Skopje, and team members located across North America, Europe and Africa.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Budget coordination to ensure full budget is deployed without overspends
- Efficiency targets and aims met
- Ability to manipulate and analyse data, with good numerical abilities
- Regular creative refresh made on active ads
- Support in preparation of client weekly meetings
- Support reporting, agendas, client communications and project management of tasks, with concise time-keeping
- Recommendations to improve client performance
- Day to day admin and upkeep of the of the advert launch process

- Good analytical / numerical skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office, and subsequent presentation of materials
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Effective time management and prioritization of workload
- Digital Marketing and Meta-specific is most valuable.
