Cylindo is looking for a motivated Finance Associate to join our Finance team. You will be joining a cross functional team of experienced financial professionals with a finance business partner mindset. The team owns every part of the Group Financial & Accounting functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead monthly review process for budget vs. actual tracking by department and business segment
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reviews for management
• Partner with key business areas to perform strategic analysis and modeling to help inform department specific spending decisions and resource needs
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly management reports to key internal and external constituents
• Manage KPIs and SaaS metrics used to drive the business to greater efficiency
• Assist in the upgrade of reporting standards through the pursuit of continuous process improvement and liaison with the various business departments and accounting
• Assist in the preparation of financial materials for Board of Directors and investor meetings
• Model out cash flow implications of new business opportunities in Excel
• Additional ad-hoc analytical research projects to support company growth

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics, or other relevant field
• 2-3 years experience in finance
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in financial analysis and model building (from scratch)
• Data driven, with an excellent proficiency in Spreadsheet and Presentation
• Highly analytical, with a keen attention to detail, but can keep in focus the big picture
• Ability to execute independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy

Pluses

• Understanding of SaaS business models, metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with BI
