повеќе за компанијата »The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. This role's responsibilities include leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize a company's productivity and performance. The Director of Operations must develop long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives.
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior managers in developing performance goals and long-term operational strategies.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
- Plan, direct, control, implement, evaluate, monitor, and forecast budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
- Proven experience in an operations management role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of the branch.
- Knowledge of business and financial principles.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
- Able to work from 11 am to 7 pm.
