To support us with this important responsibility the International Office CEE/CIS/ME is looking for a committed:
Digital HR Advisor for the region CEE/CIS/ME (f/m)
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR related activities for the roll-out of the Microsoft D365 HR module in the region, being the contact person for the International Office Region (IOR) and Member Associations (MAs) in the region
Manage, support and monitor relevant stakeholders during the regional roll-out and cooperate with developers/system owners
- Lead roll-out of Microsoft D365 HR module in all phases
Prepare and carry out data migration necessary steps in IOR and support Member Associations in the data migration process; contribute and conduct HR module training for relevant stakeholders in the region; support IOR and MAs in go-live, stabilisation and maintenance phase
- Coordinate implementation of Microsoft D365 HR module as part of Connect SOS project
Identify and support HR module localisation developments and required system interphases with other Connect SOS modules; support efficient solutions during implementation and facilitate learnings
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in software application systems, data management/processes
- Proven track record of project management and minimum experience of 1 year in leading role or ownership of projects/processes
- Experience in software roll-out projects (from preparation, virtual trainings to post roll-out support to end users)
- Experience in Human Resources field
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Solution oriented mind-set
Following assets are an advantage:
- Experience with Power BI
- Work experience in international organisations
- Russian or Arabic language skills
