ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Executive in our office in Skopje! We need a person who is passionate about HR and who has a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, high ethical values and strong interpersonal skills!

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Create and manage innovative, efficient and effective talent attraction campaigns and support the Company Employer Brand;
• Manage collaboration with universities, student organizations, job fairs and career planning organizations;
• Manage recruitment and selection processes and support Talent Management and Learning & Development activities;
• Provide full support to BAT employees regarding administrative and HR procedures;
• Coordinate the employee lifecycle administration (Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes) in line with applicable laws, policies and procedures, and communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders;
• Coordinate administration required by authorities and other relevant internal and external parties;
• Ensure all Company and labor-related documents, policies and procedures are up to date and implemented in accordance with BAT standards;
• Implement and manage EH&S processes and support employees’ wellbeing.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University degree
• Fluency in English
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in HR is an asset.
• Proven planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Driver of new initiatives; a motivator of change.
• Effective and efficient stakeholder management.
