Travel Connections provides customers support for independent travellers as well as travel agents, tour operators and other businesses in the travel industry.
You must be fluent in English to be considered for this position.
The Role
Answering calls, emails and live chat for customer queries regarding their bookings
Resolve inquiries and escalate issues
Suggest improvements to our processes, policies, documentation, etc.

The ability to speak and write English fluently
Passion for customer service and helping customers
Preference for interacting with people all day in a high-paced environment
Willing and able to work shift patterns and some national holidays
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
