MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Role Summary/Purpose:

• Performs permanent technical supervision and control of electrical equipment, machines and facilities in Production.
• Performs basic and emergency repairs.
• Responsible for and participates in the timely and effective implementation of repair activities and preventive maintenance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the good technical condition of electrical equipment, machines and facilities in the Production Directorate. Monitors their proper operation;
• Responsible for and participates in the timely and effective implementation of repair activities and preventive maintenance;
• Organizes and carries out preventive examinations, emergency and basic repairs of the equipment;
• Monitors the correct operation of the systems;
• Participates in installation and putting into production mode of new equipment;
• Makes written reports to the Production Equipment Maintenance Manager about identified omissions made during repair and operation of the production equipment;
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of production equipment;
• After the completion of the work shift, is responsible for informing the Production Equipment Maintenance Manager about the need for repair activities, personnel training, the purchase of spare parts and consumables;
• Accepts and transfers the shift according to the approved SOPs;
• Assists service personnel in efficient use and cleaning of machines and equipment;
• Strictly complies with the requirements of the DPP;
• Performs its duties accurately and according to the SOP;
• Reflects the work in the relevant logs according to the SOP;
• Comply with all schedules and instructions of the Production Equipment Maintenance Manager and notify him of the work performed;
• Cleans machines and workplace;
• Completes the necessary documentation accurately and in real time;
• Participates in the installation and qualification of newly delivered equipment;
• Monitors the correct operation of the systems in order to rationally consume electricity and steam;
• Participates in production studies and determines the causes of production equipment breakdowns and accidents;
• Complies with the requirements for personal hygiene, work clothing, personal protection and tools for the workplace;
• Protects the property in the "Production" Directorate;
• In the event of non-standard situations and accidents, he notifies his supervisor and follows his instructions until the problem is resolved;
• Complies with all requirements of the Labor Code and internal regulations /Rules for the internal work order, orders, directives of the management/;
• Works in accordance with all rules related to the environment and occupational health and safety;
• Assists the management in ensuring healthy and safe working conditions such as any situation at work that may present an immediate danger to their health and any malfunctions in the means of collective protection;
• Knows the Company and Work Center Business Continuity and Resilience Program and relevant Incident Escalation Rules.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Education and professional experience requirements:
  • Higher technical education. Educational degree engineer with a specialty suitable for the specifics of production.
  • Professional experience – 3 three years in the specialty
• Additional qualification, training and experience:
  • Working with a Microsoft Office computer
  • English language - working level

Ascending: Production Equipment Maintenance Manager, Shift Manager

Horizontal: Senior Electrical Technicians, Electrical Technicians, Locksmiths and Operators
