Job Responsibilities:

• Deal cards to players and manage the game flow;
• Being presentable and confident when facing the camera;
• Ensuring that all games are presented with the utmost professionalism, in compliance with the company's standards for performance, grooming, and brand image;
• Follow all gaming house and local law’s procedures and policies;
• Ensure that all gaming equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated flexibility with working hours and ability to work 24/7 shifts (4/8 hours shifts);
• Possesses an enthusiastic and positive attitude, accompanied by an outgoing personality;
• Excellent presentation skills, a good level of English or fluent Turkish;
• Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout games, particularly during more animated performances;
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential;
• Capable of making prompt decisions in high-pressure situations.
