Job Description

- leading a team in charge of real estate maintenance,

- coordination of the process of removing defects and deficiencies in real estate,

- management of the real estate maintenance process,

- coordination of subcontractors in charge of property maintenance,

- managing the analysis process and optimizing overheads,

- preparation of presentations and reports for the head of property and the Directorate,

- optimisation and improvement of existing working processes.

Terms and conditions

- VSS/VSS of technical profession, direction of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering,

- minimum 5 years of work experience in the maintenance of facilities: heating and cooling 

systems and electricity and automation,

- developed employee management skills,

- developed communication and negotiation capacities,

- developed organizational skills,

- developed analytical capabilities and affinity according to numbers (calculation),

- working in a dynamic environment and creativity,

- readiness for field work and flexibility,

- the desire to assume responsibility,

- excellent service of MS Office package
