Job Title: CSR Manager (Customer Support)

Number: 5 new opening
Location: Skopje, Macedonia
Salary: 350 euros start + bonuses
Office Hours: In shifts ( 8h-24h)

Due to new partnership of Intercredit (Macedonia) and Casino 765 we are looking for 1 new team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a keen interest in digital marketing and knowledge of online gaming industry.  

CSR Managers

- Excellent English and Turkish Skills 
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices - an Advantage
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
