JUNIOR FINANCE SPECIALIST
About the company: Epiroc is global company with Swedish company culture, one of the market leaders. They are a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries. With cutting-edge technology, they develop and produce innovative drill rigs, rock excavation and construction tools.
Purpose of the job: Epiroc are searching for a friendly colleague ready to learn and develop to cooperate with their team of 7 professionals working in the field by customers in North Macedonia and direct manager, Business Controller, located in Bulgaria. You can be also involved in cooperation with colleagues from Serbia. Epiroc are a diverse team, so they will welcome a female or a male, who will help them to grow together.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external finance related tasks and be a main contact person for accounting company in North Macedonia as well as shared service in Prague
- Help to administrate finance and reporting flow for Epiroc North Macedonia under coordination of business controller
- Scan and archive invoices, PDF copy for bank transfer, improve invoice workflow (direct sent to shared service in Prague). Responsible for questions about internal/external invoice related queries (coding, cost split etc.)
- Store general ledger Journal supportive documentation, xls
- Prepare simple trend analysis and corrective journal proposals under BC supervision
- Contact the customers with reminders (email, phone, SAP dunning) based on BC instructions
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports
- Help with group reporting, audits and financial controlling
- Responsible for HR administration of North Macedonia team – cooperation with external payroll company, work in internal systems, etc.
- Support the team by general office administration and coordinate the internal events
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in Finance/Accounting field
- Work experience in a system, SAP experience is welcome
- Ready to learn new systems and applications and analytical approach to things
- Eager to learn new things, positive and result oriented, able to solve challenges, organizational and follow up skills
- Able to solve problems timely and smoothly with high sense of responsibility
- Flexible to work longer hours in some periods of month and compensate it by time-off in calmer periods of month
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, fluent Macedonian language.
