Communication abilities:
For German Speaking:
Excellent communication skills in German, written and verbal (C1 and C2 has an advantage)
For Spanish Speaking:
Excellent communication skills in Spanish, written and verbal (C1 and C2 has an advantage)
General Communication abilities:
In a considerate and timely manner, effectively resolve customer questions via chat, phone, or email
Good comprehension skills - the ability to clearly understand and state the issues raised by customers
Good composition skills - emphasize the ability to write a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses
Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of customer requests
Work effectively in both a team and an independent setting
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of how to use a desktop computer system
Excellent typing abilities
Demonstrates the ability to navigate websites successfully
Exhibits an ability to learn through a variety of media
Problem Solving Skills:
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to remain calm in highly escalated situations
Approaching customer issues in a rational, logical and alytical method
Effective problem-solving abilities including decision-making, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as they are assigned
