We're looking for a seasoned and dynamic General Manager to steer our dealership operations in the USA to new heights.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership targets for semi-trucks or small vehicles (e.g., DAF, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes, Iveco, Renault).  
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow market presence in USA through innovative marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.  
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.  
  • Financial Oversight: Manage dealership finances, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and truck financing arrangements through external banks.  
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including inventory management, hiring/termination processes, and employee performance evaluations.  
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team while fostering a positive work environment.  
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends in the automotive and trucking industries to maintain competitive advantage.  

Requirements:  

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) managing semi-truck or automotive dealerships. 
  • Proven track record in company growth. (from mid to high level) 
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).  
  • Proficiency in technology tools relevant to sales and dealership management. (such as Salesforce) 
  • Solid understanding of financial processes related to truck/car financing.  
  • Experience managing P&L statements and balance sheets.  
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, terminate, and manage employees effectively.  
  • In-depth knowledge of sales tactics and marketing strategies through social media platforms.
