The candidate should be able to handle CRM software; resolve customer complaints; respond to customer inquiries online; lead management; record details of inquiries, comments and details of actions taken; prepare and distribute customer activity reports; maintain customer databases; follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
The candidate must have a minimum experience of 2 years, be proficient in both written and spoken English, have an overall good percentage in his academic, adherence to procedures.
