PEA MOTIVI for its client, a company leader in the electrical industry, seated in Bulgaria and currently expanding in North Macedonia, is looking for a:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The company offers a range of activities that covers engineering services, as well as complex service - design, manufacture, delivery, installation, technical expertise and commissioning of sites, lines, facilities, delivery and installation of BKTP, electrical boards, electrical materials.

Responsibilities:

•           Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;

•           Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;

•           Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

•           Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;

•           Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

•           Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;

•           Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;

•           Develops strategies and research of consumer demand for products;

•           Promotes and presents products and their equipment to electrical designers;

•           Synthesizes and analyzes commercial information for strategic analysis and development plans for the local market;

•           Develops strategies for finding new customers;

•           Preparation of reports for performed duties and activities;

Requirements:

•           Technical or economic degree;

•           Proven work experience as a sales representative minimum 3 years;

•           Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook;

•           Excellent organizational skills;

•           Valid driving license and opportunity for intensive travel;

•           Communicativeness, analytical thinking, energy, initiative and loyalty;

•           Ingenuity, resourcefulness and innovative thinking;

•           Ability for teamwork and independent problem solving;

•           Positive attitude and eagerness for results achievement;

•           Ambitious person looking for personal development and permanent job;

•           Knowledge of foreign language / English / - advantage;

•           Recommendations from a previous employer - advantage;
