On behalf of our client Law office Zeqiri established in 2006, full-service law firm working with clients in different dynamic industries, DEKRA is looking for:

• Attorney at Law

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Independent organization of work, regular communication and coordination with other colleagues and external collaborators in the country and abroad;
• Daily communication with clients;
• Drafting, revision and analysis of a wide range of legal contracts;
• Conducting complex legal analyses, providing legal opinions and consultations;
• Implementation of necessary precautionary measures, in order to protect the company or clients from any legal risks;
• Assessment and analysis of legal aspects related to the realization of potential projects and business transactions;
• Providing advice related to compliance with legal regulations;
• Preparation of lawsuits, appeals, warnings, letters to state authorities, executors, notaries, lawyers, submissions, decisions, decisions and other legal acts;
• Monitoring of legal and by-laws from the areas relevant to the work.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Faculty of Law;
• Passed the Bar exam;
• Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office;
• Knowledge of Albanian language will be considered as advantage;
• Previous work experience in a law office will be considered an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of administrative law and corporate law;
• High communicative skills;
• Organizational and analytical skills.
