Your role 

We’re currently looking for an IT Admin to join our team. You will become part of a fast-growing IT company and take responsibility for assisting our team with all IT related issues, making sure everything runs smoothly. This includes but is not limited to the installation, support, and general management of the IT infrastructure in our Skopje office. You will act as the main point of contact for technical issues and provide support on an ongoing basis.   
 

In this role, you will: 
 

• Maintain our hardware infrastructure including servers, equipment etc., as well as set up new equipment
• Take responsibility for software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Create SOPs. For the technical issues that arise, you will provide effective solutions and keep records for future reference by creating IT documentation and user guides
• Support and administer our internal network infrastructure
• Take ownership of the IT inventory. Additionally, you will make sure that all the workstations are prepared for new hires, as well as provide training to new hires regarding IT related topics, namely technical on- and offboarding
• You get ahead of oncoming issues via proactive maintenance and conduct scheduled maintenance
• Help with the implementation of PCI compliance standards 
   

 

What you bring to the table: 
 

• You have an IT-related background (Computer Science degree or similar) or relevant experience in IT Support
• Experienced with Windows, OS X, and Linux
• Good networking knowledge
• Familiarity with programming languages is a plus
• You can translate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users
• You have a calm and positive attitude in high-pressure situations
• You meet deadlines and know how to prioritize tasks
• You speak fluent English
