FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Main duties and responsibilities:
Finance
- Cash flow
- Preparing operative liquidity plan for the next 3 months
- Entering and updating bank guarantees
- Customer risk analysis, Implementing and updating the customer limits and preparing weekly AR reports
- Management Operating Indicators Report
Accounting
- Booking, bank payments (domestic and foreign payments)
- Preparing and submission of local statutory reports, including the annual statement
- Cooperation with auditors
Budgeting
- Preparing annual and monthly budget
- Preparing P&L and BS on a monthly basis
Estimating
- Estimating the P&L for the current and the next 3 months
Controlling
- Internal reports, ad hoc reports, expense controlling
- Reporting on differences between budgeted or estimated with actual
- Following profitability of product lines and retail stores
Requirements:
- University Degree in the field of Economics
- License for certified accountant
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Serbian is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, teamwork ability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and flexibility in terms of working hours
OFFER:
- Competitive salary - the actual salary depends on qualifications and professional experience
- Full-time employment, initial work contract on 12 months with an opportunity for indefinite work contract afterwards
