This role is suitable for Freshers and Experienced candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • As a back office/operation, you will be reporting to the back office managers and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties
  • Working in Enterprise department
  • Performing market research.
  • Support sales teams in providing an outstanding service and offers to partners
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Assisting the Front Office team.
  • Assisting with inventory control.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Managing and entering the incoming queue of orders from the business country
  • Performing written communication with business partners
  • Working in an international and dynamic environment
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by manager
  • Process partners transactions and/or updating, correcting, or altering transactions as required
  • Serve as regional subject matter expert in data center solutions, covering primarily the markets of Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo
  • Develop strong technical relationships within the target accounts and account teams; serve as trusted advisor to account teams & customers
  • Work closely with all team members to interpret and evolve requirements into product features
  • Actively work with customers to meet technical challenges and SLAs, with a proactive and preventive approach to problem solving
  • Plan, organize and prioritize personal as well as team workload

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar and related areas
  • You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge
  • You should have extensive experience in office management and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.
  • Posibility to work quickly and efficiently provide reliable support for management and the front office team.
  • Be able to operate effectively in a team environment and under pressure
  • 3+ years of experience in the above areas
  • Very good organizational, time management skills and deadline-oriented
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a good sense of humor is always a plus.
  • Skills in coordinating different working groups at once, in presence or through online communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English Language.
