The Customer Success Team of "Tabletmenukaart" is expanding!!! We are looking for an individual with the below mentioned set of skills to join us in our office in Karposh, Skopje, Macedonia.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree
- To be fluent in GERMAN and English language, both written and verbal
- Experience in communicating with clients on a daily basis

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone and e-mail requests for assistance from clients that use our system 
- Recognizes problems, provides solutions and follows up with customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the entire problem solving process, through frequent customer updates
