ORRAJ International Group is specialized in producing, distributing and trading roughages and forages throughout Middle East, Europe and North Africa.

Three different job opportunities are available in our company:

1. Agriculture Business Manager

• University graduate (preferably economics, management, finance or agronomist university graduate).
• Experience for at least 10 years in agriculture business or animal feed business in a company which have at least 10 employees (preferably).
• Ability to lead, create and follow a team;
• Negotiating skills, financial management skills, purchase-sale skills, organizational skills, communication skills, applying for grants;
• Flexible with time due to agricultural business conditions.
• Following the instructions of the company chair board until finishing the given tasks and targets successfully.
• Flexible for working overtime in season including weekends which will be given as free days in winter.
• Fluently in English and Macedonian;
• Driving license.

There will be a trial month according to results of this month the salary will start from 40.000-50.000 MKD and will get developed by adding value to the company. There will be yearly bonuses and a company car given for the business manager. Applicants should expect to work 8 working hours in Sv. Nikole.

2. Accountant & Financial Manager
• Accounting on daily basis including making annual reports (certified accountant, obligatory);
• Control all financial transactions, bills and accounting in the company (obligatory);
• Analyze and give suggestions regarding cutting costs, making more profits, dealing with cash flow and similar;
• Creativity in Financial Management and cash flow control;
• Experience in a production company with more than 10 employees for at least 7 years (Obligatory);
• Fluently speaking English and Macedonian (preferably Albanian as well);
• Willing to work individually and in a team and in accurate way;
• Experience in preparing documents and applications for grants and financial aids(Preferably);
• Driving License (obligatory).

There will be a paid trial month, according to results of this month the salary will start from 35,000 MKD and will get developed by adding value to the company. There will be bonus every three months, it will be given according to achieved targets. Applicants should expect to work 8 working hours per day in Sv. Nikole.

3. Agronomist
• Certified diploma for Agronomist (plant direction).
• Official registered minimum 4 years’ experience in cultivating forage products or any farming activities preferably alfalfa.
• Leading skills and ability to develop cooperation with farmers.
• Experience with redemption of agricultural products (preferably).
• Creativity in planning agricultural plans projects.
• Flexible for working overtime in season including weekends which will be given as free days in winter (obligatory).
• Fluently English speaking (Obligatory)
• Driving license. (obligatory)
• Experience to drive agricultural vehicles (obligatory).

There will be a paid trial month according to results of this month the salary will be about 30.000 MKD (for the experienced candidate) and will get developed by adding value to the company. There will be yearly bonus given by archived given targets. Applicants should expect to work 8 working hours in Sv. Nikole.
