Cylindo is looking for a Lead Modeling QA Artist who will be responsible for ensuring that the created models meet the established quality standards we have. You will be leading the Modeling QA team in Skopje, and will need to constantly analyze, comment and supervise the work of the Modeling QA Artists. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of Cylindo, and the drive to not only meet, but exceed the expectations from the job. What you would do

• Organizing the work of the 3D Modeling QA team

• Building and developing on top of the current 3D Modelling processes

• Suggest and implement improvements to the 3D modeling and QA workflows

• Reviewing and preparing the product data

• Communication with 3D modelers

• Reviewing comments from client - editing or sending back the models to external

• Checking the models - commenting and approving the final versions

What you should have

• 4+ years experience in 3D modeling

• Excellent knowledge of 3DS Max / Maya (or any industry standard 3D software)

• An eye for detail

• Ability to take charge and make sure models meet the quality standards

• Fluency in English

• Exceptional communication skills (concise and clear communication)

• Experience in managing teams, organization and delegation of work
