Position overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join our growing company. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work to create scalable processes for lead management, data and analytics, the marketing tech stack and team operations while identifying areas of growth for the go-to-market teams. This person will be responsible for executing targeted marketing automation campaigns, building various promotions, and assisting with email marketing efforts. The successful candidate will take an analytical approach by consistently finding solutions to report on account engagement metrics, demand generation results, and up-sell pipeline from marketing.

As a Marketing Ops you will:

• Manage and support the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, 6sense, Google Analytics, and more, along with the selection of new technologies

• Utilise marketing automation to assign and report leads

• Create lead management and routing processes in HubSpot that can scale alongside the business, notably in developing advanced automation methodologies

• Collaborate with demand generation, content, and sales to generate metrics on leads, account engagement, pipeline, revenue generation, and cost of acquisition

• Further develop our attribution modelling. Provide insights on marketing channel contributions to closed-won business and pipeline

• Communicate across US & European marketing and sales organisations to measure acquisition efficiency, analyse marketing's impact across multiple geographies, and deliver feedback and analysis to appropriate teams

• Generate monthly and quarterly dashboards on ROI and efficiency reports on marketing spend by channel, region, and company segments.

• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise marketing team performance

• Clean data: establish processes to de-duplicate contacts and companies, enrich companies and contact data in our CRM, maintain data quality on contact and companies

• Research: orchestrate bench-marking for our original research reports and market trends

• Analyse data and deliver key insights

• Act as the HubSpot admin for marketing

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing for a SaaS organisation

• Data, statistics, opportunity where others cannot in trends and patterns makes you excited

• A Microsoft Excel Wizard

• Sharp analytical skills, with experience providing data analysis

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation. Experience integrating tools across systems

• High desire to complete assignments autonomously, but in close collaboration with a broader team

• Ability to collaborate across various departments simultaneously and balance multiple projects

• You have an adventurous spirit and desire to join an incredible journey with us

• Experience using HubSpot and familiarity with Account-Based Marketing is a plus
