PEA MOTIVI for their client Vita Media Group is looking for a head of graphics to become a part of its fast-growing team in Skopje. You will be joining a vibrant and enthusiastic team with a lot of energy and focus.

The Head of Design will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output. It is a leadership role, with accountability for online and offline design output and commercial success of the design and creative department.

Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. We work within iGaming, finance (consumer loans) and affiliate marketing - across all online marketing channels.

With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
• Previous work experience in the same or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office package and G-Suite

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Managing the design team and helping develop our people
• Influencing design led thinking across the business
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand and proposition strategy
• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities
• Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring commercial success
• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
• Provide quality control over design outputs and production
• Establishing and developing best practice with the design and creative team
• Working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines
• Design and preparation of digital banners for marketing campaigns
• Designing visual solutions for marketing campaigns and sales promotions

Personal skills:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders
• A strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development and the creative process
• Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
• Ability to supervise and develop employees
• Attention to details
• Creativity
• Teamwork
• Desire to constantly upgrade and develop your abilities
