Customer care specialist


General inputs:

  • Job position: Customer care specialist,
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (23:00-07:00),
  • Contract duration:  3 months (starting period; with an opportunity for renewal),
  • Location: Remote work from home (weekly coordinative meetings at the office),
  • Starting date: 15th of March 2018.

  • Reply to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and live chat,
  • Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend valid solutions,
  • Build and manage long lasting customer relationships (account ownership),
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Department Manager or supervisor,
  • Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken into the CRM,
  • Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research,
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of all internal software and systems,
  • Manage customer inquiries for all products and services and ensure timely resolution for same,
  • Develop and administer performance metrics for customer care services,
  • Coordinate with various departments and customer and resolve all technical and operation issues,
  • Provide support to customer care applications and ensure satisfaction for same,
  • Secure subscription renewals and identify account development potential / new sales opportunities,
  • Analyze customer care feedback and recommend improvements in customer care services.

  • Ability to prioritize and integrate a proactive approach to assignments,

  • Effective organizational and time management skills,
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English required.


Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience with customer service is a plus,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite,
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 is a plus.
