Test Management Engineer (f/m)
Location: Skopje
Project position until Dec 2022
Purpose of the job
The purpose of this position is to establish a testing standard for two software products, Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as AmpImpact (SOS internally named ProDIGI) - an application based on Salesforce.
The position holder will implement the automated test software Tosca together with an external consultant and persons from both software product teams. The goal is to establish an automated end-to-end testing for the processes that are supported by the two software products. Where needed, also other automation tools like selenium will be used.
The position holder will also steer the execution of the tests and provide a consolidated view of the testing results for these two software systems.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Setup integrated test plan for Dynamics 365 and Ampimpact
- Define a scalable testing process for both, Dynamics 365 and Ampimpact
- Documentation of test plan
- Create and establish an automated testing E2E (End-to-End) solution
- Support the Product Teams by establishing Testing standards e.g.: Test Case Templates/ Test plan Templates etc.
- Help create Project Test plans
- Coordinate the test execution and test result data collection
- Define and establish testing KPIs
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Information Systems/Business Informatics/IT Management
- At least 3 years of experience with (end-to-end) testing, ideally with different software systems involved
- A minimum of 1 year experience of test-automation
- Technical skills and experience with automation technologies (e.g. Tosca, Selenium, Soap UI etc.)
- Fluent English language skills
