ITD Distribucija DOO, an IT distribution company, is seeking to recruit:

 

Sales Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepares invoices and delivers the clients’ orders
• Prepares detailed reports of sales for the General Manager
• Collects and organizes financial documents (bank statements, invoices, etc).
• Maintains client’s database and company contracts.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Candidate’s Requirements:

 

• University degree - preferable in Economics or exact sciences
• Excellent command of Microsoft office packs, internet, windows.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Proactive and able to work under preasure.
• Team worker and hard worker.
