Job Position Goals and Purpose
Creating persuasive and precise content and copy in different formats to support lead acquisition programs in marketing and creating sales collateral to support customer acquisition success.
What would you do:
Content writing
- Writing a copy that educates, inspires and alters behavior is challenging and rewarding. Using research and insights in the storytelling
- Producing a long-form content for Cylindo’s blog based on a content marketing strategy and the challenges and pain points of the buyer persona’s
- Create email copy for lead nurturing, campaigns and product updates
- Create press releases and get press coverage
- Writing short success stories and customer content
- Working with the Senior Content Marketer at Cylindo to make sure each piece of copy written speaks Cylindo and our tone of voice
- Landing pages and web pages copy based on User Experience concepts and clearly defined campaign goals
- Writing content for sales collateral like sales decks, web pages and product spec sheets.
Campaigns
- Develop and manage our content calendar: social media, blogs, lead magnets
- Participate in content marketing workshops
- Develop new content marketing campaign concepts with the Marketing Manager and the Senior Content Marketer at Cylindo
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketer in creating graphics or infographics
Research and coordination
- Oversee the data qualification process at Cylindo. Maintain a relevant and valid company and contact prospecting data in the HubSpot CRM
- Research, analyze and utilize data insights (engagement, campaign metrics, past backlog) to create content that drives results
- Explore content (external guest blogging) and link building opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related discipline
- Proficient English language skills
- Great communication and listening skills
- Loves writing compelling copy and content
- Previous creative writing or content writing experience
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
