We are looking for a German speaking recruiter for our growing team in Skopje.

Objectives of the position:

  • Supporting all human resources functions of the site including recruitment, documentation, supporting and assisting HR Manager for all HR functions in accordance with corporate guidelines and requirements of local legislation.
  • Managing our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates in our growing team in Skopje, North Macedonia.

 

Job Description

  • supporting the design and implementation of the overall recruiting process
  • collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to identify hiring needs
  • draft and send out recruiting emails to potential candidates
  • preparing personnel recruitment related activities (job posts, interviews, consultations, intro training etc.,)
  • conducting phone screenings and filtering candidates for open positions
  • evaluation and assessment of potential new employees
  • preparing and maintaining personnel related records, reports, and statistics;
  • assisting the Human Resources Manager in all areas related to human resources management;
  • use various social media networks or sourcing channels to look for and connect with potential candidates
  • Participate and host recruitment events and job fairs
  • Support in development and implementation of HR policies and practices
  • fulfilling the tasks deriving directly from the position without being directly ordered so

About you

  • Excellent spoken and written German language skills as well as advanced English skills, minimum B2
  • Experience as a recruiter or in Human Resource function, ideally in similar industry;
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices and processes to improve efficiency;
  • Reliability, flexibility, resilience, loyalty and discretion;
  • University degree is considered a plus.
