Truck and Trace:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all active trucks and shipments in real time using GPS, ELD, and TMS systems.
• Regularly update delivery statuses (pickup, in transit, delivered, delays) in the system.
• Communicate with drivers to confirm locations and loading/unloading times.
• Inform dispatchers and clients immediately about delays, route changes, or issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment and driver data in internal records.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Track & Trace Team Leader.
• Support process improvements within the Track & Trace departmen.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
• Experience with TMS, GPS, and ELD systems (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly.
• Teamwork mindset and coordination skills.
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• 10:00PM - 06:00AM and 06:00AM - 02:00PM 

Recruiting:

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualifed CDL truck drivers
• Post job ads on job boards,social media,and recruiting platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct phone/video interwievs
• Verify driver qualifications, experience, and compiance(CDL, MVR, etc.)
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruiting (trucking industry preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowlendge of DOT regulations is a plus 
• Experience with recruiting tool, CRM systems, or job platforms
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• 02:00PM - 10:00PM
