We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations within our facility.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of cannabis products and supplies.
🔹 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
🔹 Maintain accurate inventory records using seed-to-sale tracking systems.
🔹 Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and optimize workflow.
🔹 Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to security measures.
🔹 Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers and distributors.
🔹 Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and storage conditions.
🔹 Develop and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

✔️ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse management, preferably in cannabis, pharmaceutical, food, or a highly regulated industry.
✔️ Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, compliance requirements, and logistics.
✔️ Skills: Leadership, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
✔️ Technology: Preferably some experience with inventory tracking software, seed-to-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
