Our client partner is searching for a Service Delivery Representative, with the ability to sell, guide and nurture relationships with clients, who can work 0900-1700 US EST shift.

 

Salary

 

80,000MKD+ Net (based on experience and abilities)

 

About the Client

 

Our client partner is based in the USA and sells Sales and Marketing services and SaaS software to Real Estate Agents across the US.  Our Partner promises to triple an Agent’s business in 18 months or less through a unique combination of Lead Generation and cutting-edge Internet marketing activities.

 

Your Opportunity  

 

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Service Delivery Representative to join our client partners sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

 

The successful candidate will be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

 

Candidate Profile and Experience

 

The successful candidate will be a go-getter who can work creatively, think strategically and isn’t afraid to speak up when necessary. They will be expected to deliver results quickly. Day to day duties of the role include:

 

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience
  • Real estate or telecommunications background
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM and dialer
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
