For our client Zito Luks, we are looking for an experienced and professional manager for the position of a:
Research and Development Manager
Job description:
- Organize, coordinate and control the work in R&D department
- Develop new products (or modify existing products), from idea to realization in the production process and placed on the market
- Develop ideas for improving of existing products (quality, shelf-life or cost reduction);
- Keeps complete records of each project;
- Monitoring of laboratory and industrial trials for new or modification of existing products
- Preparing cost calculation of new and existing products
Requirements:
- university degree - Food technology, Quality food safety
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in the same field and food industry needed
- Ability for analysis and synthesis
- Communication and teamwork
