Position: Research and Analysis Consultants

The Job:

T-Dynamics continues with its success story. We are growing and we invited you to become part of our team. We are opening two new positions for Research and Analysis Consultants in our office in Skopje. We are looking for reliable, task-oriented, and highly motivated candidates to assist and complement the work of the existing team of senior analysts in performing a range of delegated tasks. The Research and Analysis Consultants will be entrusted with open source research and analysis projects on variety of industry, corporate and strategic subjects.

If you have excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical skills and passion towards big data, corporate profiling and information analysis, then we would definitely like to hear from you.


  • Data and databases research and analysis according to previously specified topics;
  • Open-source research and analysis of corporate profiles;
  • Risk assessment of business investments;
  • Strategic, geopolitical and market dynamics analysis;
  • Monitoring of various media outlets and other sources of information and analysis of pre-defined subjects of interest;
  • Preparing English language reports, insights and flash notifications;
  • Coordination of research activities with other international research teams;
  • Preparing English language reports, insights and flash notifications;
  • Communication with foreign partners and clients on an organizational level;
  • Participation in meetings and conferences with foreign partners or clients;


  • Excellent (near-native or business level) knowledge of written and spoken English language. A second EU language would be an asset;
  • The position includes 1-month introduction and training period. No previous experience is essential, however previous minimal experience with foreign organizations and projects related to business, entrepreneurship, research, analysis, and development will be an advantage;
  • Minimum university degree or final-year students. All backgrounds are welcome; however, priority will be given to candidates with a degree or final-year studies in economics, business administration, e-business, marketing, political studies and journalism.
  • High level of knowledge of MS Office and Internet browsing.

Employment type:

  • Total of 4 candidates will be selected during the initial phase.
  • These candidates will receive one-month employment contracts with 80% of the proposed salary.
  • During this period, a one-month training program will be executed, ending with full scope, practical test report at the end of the period. The two candidates with best results will receive permanent employment contract.

Work schedule:

  • Twenty business days per month with 8 work hours per day. During months when there are more than 20 business days per month, the extra business days are days off;
  • Due to the nature of position, on occasions, the Analysts may be required to stay extra hours. All additional work hours are paid with increased hourly rate or compensated with day off;
  • No work during weekends is predicted.

What we offer:

  • Monthly net salary of 26,000.00 den after completion of the training period and 80% during the training period of one-month;
  • Gym access and 2-hour gym and team building time included in the daily 8-hour work period;
  • Annual vacation of 20 days, planned per the employee’s request.
