The project manager is the interface between sales, customer (s) and software development. The position serves to control the development team in coordination with sales, conception and quality assurance. The development team currently consists of approximately 12 people at the company's locations in Munich, Germany and Skopje, Macedonia. The project manager also supports the company's marketing interests, for example, technical support for sales appointments or preparation of cost estimates with the team.
The project manager also serves as a direct contact and feedback channel for developers' inquiries. He should work independently on the success of the project with the employees working in the background and in the same time preparing decision-making documents for the management.
The project manager plans, organizes and controls the individual development projects. He identifies and implements the possibilities of process improvement in development and quality assurance. Depending on the type and extent of the processes, this is done in consultation with the management. The project manager conducts architecture code and review in collaboration with the leading developers and architects.

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of the software development team
• Project management in collaboration with Sales and Design
• Project controlling (time, effort, schedule)
• Vacation planning of the team
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Technical support for sales and project deadlines if necessary
• Review of offers in terms of effort and deadlines

Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a convincing manner.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a sense of service. You stay calm and friendly due to its resilience and flexibility even in stressful situations.
• The way you work is methodical and structured and is characterized by a high sense of responsibility and quality.
• The motivation to keep learning new things and develop, rounds off your profile
