PRODUCT MANAGER - FUEGO
Main Responsibilities:
- Propose development of new products and improvements to the existing portfolio based on market analysis and customer needs
- Perform quality checks on delivered products
- Continuously analyze market trends and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Provide complete documentation for new product development (specifications, design, etc.)
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with factories and product teams across the entire group
- Monitor client activities related to the brand (sales and marketing)
- Develop product line and sales strategies for the markets where the brand operates
- Explore new sourcing channels and analyze potential suppliers
- Analyze competitors and prepare pricing strategies
- Regularly monitor sales and inventory levels
- Define quantities, specifications, costs, and timelines for orders
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product management, Category management, Business development, or a similar commercial role
- Experience with private label products and sourcing from Asia is a strong advantage.
- A university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or product management
- Excellent command of English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Albanian is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
